Background & Experience Having personally navigated the U.S. medical school admissions pathway, I understand the strategic, longitudinal preparation required to build a compelling and authentic application. My advising is grounded in both lived experience and institutional perspective. Beyond clinical medicine, I hold a Master’s degree in biomedical and genetic engineering with a focus on gene therapy. I previously worked at a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company, where I contributed to preclinical research as well as Phase I and II clinical trials. This translational experience allows me to mentor students interested in academic medicine, biotechnology, and physician-scientist career paths with particular depth.
